Our Thai legal team

Mikhail Borodin
Founder & Managing Partner
Mikhail is a Russian-qualified lawyer with international experience since 1997, focusing on foreign direct investment, corporate matters and cross-border transactions. He worked at Beiten Burkhardt, Haarmann Hemmelrath, Rödl & Partner and Salans (now Dentons), advising foreign investors on market entry and companies expanding into Europe and Asia. He subsequently advised foreign investors at international firms in Bangkok before founding AIM Bangkok.
He holds a law degree with honors from Saint Petersburg State University and completed an internship with Hennerkes, Kirchdörfer & Lorz in Stuttgart during his studies. He works in English, German and Russian. Advice on Thai law in his matters is given by the licensed Thai lawyers on our team.
